1. Nature of Our Products

BoostSync sells digital goods and services, a significant portion of which rely on third-party platforms (primarily Discord Inc.) that we do not control. Discord may, at its sole discretion, patch, revoke, flag, or otherwise invalidate items such as boosts, Nitro gifts, Nitro tokens, and promotional rewards at any time. This is an inherent risk of the category and applies to every vendor in this space.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

All sales are final. Refunds and replacements are not issued except where expressly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. In particular:

• Tools & software: If a tool is patched, leaked, or otherwise rendered non-functional after delivery, we are not responsible and will not provide a refund or replacement.
• Nitro Gifts: Every Nitro gift is verified before it is sold. Auto-claim is not guaranteed, and no warranty is provided against a gift being revoked by Discord after delivery.
• Nitro Tokens: Tokens are checked prior to sale. If a token is later locked, flagged, or revoked by Discord, we are not responsible and no refund or replacement will be issued. Tokens are aged at the buyer's own risk.
• Promotions: Promotional offers are verified before sale. We do not provide an auto-claim warranty on promos. If a promotion is ended or revoked by Discord, we are not responsible and no refund or replacement will be issued.

3. Server Boosting Services

When purchasing boosts, the buyer is responsible for the security and configuration of their own Discord server. We will not replace boosts under any of the following circumstances:

• A boosting account is manually kicked or banned by the buyer or any of their staff.
• An anti-raid or moderation bot configured on the buyer's server removes a boosting account.
• Any other buyer-side action that causes the boost to be lost.

We strongly recommend whitelisting boost accounts in any anti-raid or auto-moderation systems prior to delivery.

4. Buyer Responsibility & Safe Usage

To maximize the lifetime and reliability of delivered products, buyers must follow best practices:

• Do not log into tokens manually. Manual logins significantly increase the likelihood that a token will be flagged or locked by Discord.
• Use reputable, up-to-date tooling and high-quality proxies. Do not use tools that are publicly known to be flagged or compromised.
• Losses resulting from unsafe usage — including manual logins, the use of flagged tools, or inadequate proxies — are not eligible for refund or replacement.

5. Payments & Overpayments

Payments are processed through our approved payment providers (including but not limited to Crypto, PayPal, Stripe, and any other methods listed at checkout).

6. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing from BoostSync, you acknowledge that you understand the risks inherent to digital and third-party-dependent goods, including but not limited to revocation, patching, and account actions taken by Discord. You agree that BoostSync is not liable for losses arising from such third-party actions or from buyer-side usage decisions.

7. Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time. The policies in effect at the time of your order are those displayed on this page at the moment of checkout.
